International Orders
Orders that are shipped or billed out of the US, must be prepaid. Please call, fax or email specifics about what you would like to buy and where we must ship to in order to properly quote pricing.
Payment Terms & Methods
Payment terms are Net Due Upon Receipt. Our preferred payment method is by credit card and we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. You may also pay your invoice by approved company check, money order or wire transfer. Please e-mail customersales@trainingnetwork.com or call 800-958-1868 for bank routing and account information to use with a wire transfer.
Video Previews
All of our Human Resource training videos are available for preview online and in FULL LENGTH! Click on the "View Now" button next to any video for a free online preview.
Online previews are designed as a free service and are to be used for purchase consideration only. Online previews cannot be used for instruction and such use violates U.S. copyright laws.
You will need Windows Media Player installed to view the video. If you do not have this program, a free download of the version you need for your PC is available here

Languages Available
Many of our Human Resource training videos are available in Spanish. To locate them specifically, search for all Spanish safety training titles by entering "Spanish" at the search prompt on any page. If you need other languages, please contact us with the topic and the language needed and Marketing will work with the appropriate producers to locate the product you need.
Intranet/Internet Licensing & Content Delivery
Many of our products can be licensed for intranet use within your company or streamed to you via a Learning Management System. Please contact Customer Service at 800-958-1868 for details.
Quantity discounts

Shipping
We utilize USPS Media Mail and FedEx Ground Service for shipping unless otherwise specified by the customer. Overnight shipping is available for an additional extra cost.

Ownership & Copyright
All videos and other products distributed by Training Network, including without limitation videos, informational text, software code, images, photographs, illustrations, artwork and other graphical materials, names logos, trademarks and service marks and audio, are the property of the Training Network or are licensed for distribution by Training Network. Training Network and its licensors retain all proprietary rights to the components.
Recognizing the substantial amount of work that goes into each production, we vigorously defend our copyrights and the copyrights of our licensors. Video productions and any related print content (regardless of format or method of display) are copyrighted materials and available under the following terms:
· Each video is licensed for the life of the print. Subject to our standard warranty terms, if the media on which the video is produced becomes damaged through use or abuse, the customer will need to purchase a new copy.
· Videos may not be resold, rented, licensed or loaned for profit or non-profit purposes.
· Videos may not be copied or incorporated, in whole or in part, into any other presentation, consulting engagement, learning management system or for any other purpose.
· Videos may not be edited, translated or otherwise modified.
· Printed materials including handbooks, handouts and the like may not be copied unless specified within the product. Additional copies are available for purchase.
By written agreement, we may allow copying, intranet use, broadcast, translation and other unique uses of the video products we distribute. Please contact Customer Service at 800-958-1868 for details.
Report Unauthorized Use or Copying
Unauthorized copying of software and internet content is theft. Training Network supports the Software and Information Industry Association's anti-piracy program. You can learn more about this program at www.siia.net and use the SIIA site to report pirated content and software.
What should I do if I suspect a Copyright Violation?
You must contact our Customer Service Department by calling 800-958-1868. You may remain anonymous or provide your name, though it will remain confidential. Please be prepared, if you are able, to provide the video titles and to describe what type of violation you believe has occurred: editing, altering, duplicating, etc.
Copyright FAQ's
Can I make copies of your products?
No. All of the products sold by The Training Network are copyright protected by law and cannot be copied or duplicated, by any means. It is also illegal to edit or alter any of the products sold or sent for preview.
Can I purchase a video then use it for training where attendees are charged for the class?
No. All of the products sold or shipped by The Training Network are not designed for, nor are they available for commercial use. The videos are only to be used for internal training of company employees.
What are the penalties for violating copyright protections?
The Training Network will charge full value for merchandise upon verification of illegal duplication, editing or alterations of any of the products it distributes. In addition, the producers of the product may pursue Federal copyright charges with fines in excess of $25,000 per violation.
Customization
Your company's logo can be added to your videos for an additional charge. We can also combine multiple videos onto one DVD. Please contact Customer Service at 800-958-1868 or customersales@trainingnetwork.com for more information.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it for a 100% refund or credit. Simply send your product back to us within 30 days of purchase or date of invoice. Returns received after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Our guarantee also offers a lifetime replacement of your purchase for any defect or malfunction. We will replace defective products free of charge. If you ever need to return a product for refund or replacement, please call our Customer Service department at 800-968-1868 or email us at: customersales@trainingnetwork.com. We'll tell you how to properly send and label your package for appropriate refund, credit or replacement.

We use promotion codes to insure that discount promotions are priced correctly. A Promo Code can be found on:

If you received an offer with a listing of current discounted products, enter your promo code in the box noted in the upper right hand corner of any page on our website to see the complete list of eligible products. If you received and offer with free gifts, rebates or total purchase discounts enter your promo code at check out.

The Training Network is committed to respecting your privacy concerns with the information you entrust with us. We give users choice and consent over how their personal information is used, and remove names immediately upon request.
Security: We store subscriber and customer files with personal information securely. Such files are stored in secure areas not accessible to the public. Your credit card information used for online transactions is safely encrypted using Verisign technology. The shopping cart is on a secure server as noted by the https:/ in the URL location. However, if you are not comfortable sending your credit card information over the Internet, you may call a Customer Service Representative at 800-958-1868 to complete your credit card transaction. For your protection, you should never put your credit card information in an unencrypted e-mail and only when you see https:/ in the URL location indicating a secure connection.
Removal: We will immediately unsubscribe anyone who requests that their name be removed from our e-mail lists. To be removed, follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of any e-mail from us, or send an e-mail to mail@trainingnetwork.com with the word "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.
Product alerts: From time to time, we may also send you news bulletins or product alerts on products or services from The Training Network, or other carefully screened companies. Any such message will ALWAYS provide you with a link or other easy means of unsubscribing to further e-mails. Third party use: Occasionally we make our customer list available to other reputable organizations so you may receive (mail) offers you might find interesting.
